摘要：
At present, increasingly more people pay attention to corporate environmental information and make their decisions with respect to associated information. In this paper, the author analyzes the different requirements of stakeholders based on the Rent-Seeking theory. This study may put forward the development of corporate environmental information disclosure and contribute to facilitate enterprises to provide environmental information with respect to the demand of stakeholders.
