摘要
Nowadays, Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) plays a crucial role in medical field. It provides remarkable opportunities to monitor the patient's health parameters with frequent updates to the medical specialist. The main challenge facing over in WBAN is to provide security to the user. As, WBAN devices are used to collect critical information regarding health; they require rigorous security schemes to prevent the adulteration in the medical information i.e., data integrity. Although, many existing schemes provide anonymous authentication, it lacks in computational efficiency and privacy preservation. In this paper, we propose an anonymous authentication scheme which sustains the privacy and security of the user with minimum computational overhead. The performance of our scheme evaluates both theoretical study and experimental simulations, and the comparative studies illustrate that they outplay the existing schemes in terms of better concession between desirable security properties and computational overhead.
