摘要
Cobalt phosphide (Co2P) nanoparticles were prepared under mild hydrothermal conditions. The influence of the molar ratio of Co/P, temperature and duration were studied. The product was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy tests, which indicated that the obtained products were pure and well crystallized Co2P with an average particle size of about 30 nm.
