摘要：
Leitlinien empfehlen eine individualisierte Anpassung der glykamischen Ziele, geben aber keine spezifischen Empfehlungen fur die Insulintherapie. Die Entscheidung fur den HbA1c-Zielwert soll bei alteren Patienten die Multimorbiditat und Lebenserwartung einbeziehen. Endpunkte der Langzeitstudie waren eine Insulintherapie und deren Stopp bei 75-79-Jahrigen mit einem Typ-2-Diabetes in Abhangigkeit vom Allgemeinzustand.
