摘要：
We report the results of a workshop held at the International Psychoanalytic University (IPU) in Berlin at the conference of the Working Group of Psychodynamic Professors from 3-4 October 2019. The title of the conference was "Structures and methods of contemporary psychodynamic education and research". The aspects of the quality of training supervision, the role of self-experience in the supervision process, the responsibility of the supervisor in the training situation and the methods by which the treatment is brought into the supervision are discussed.
