摘要：
A Governmental e-procurement system can offer electronic purchase order processing and enhances administrative functions to buyers and suppliers, resulting in operational efficiencies and potential cost savings. It is a user friendly, Intemet-based purchasing system. A government e-procurement system is to reach and transact with suppliers and customers in virtual markets. This study analyses the process of traditional governmental procurement and explores a governmental e-procurement system, according to the practice in China.
