摘要
The IEEE Std 1149.5 Module Test and Maintenance Bus (MTM-Bus) is used in test at subsystem level, which can be combined with low level buses (e.g. IEEE Std 1149.1) to form a hierarchy of test buses. This paper discusses the design idea, architecture, and implementation method of a test system based on IEEE Std 1149.5 MTM-Bus. We focus on the software and hardware development of MTM-Bus Master Module (M-Module). Hierarchical and modular strategy for M-Module design is presented to gain interoperability, interchangeability and flexible configuration for the test system.
