摘要
This paper explores some of the, new emerging and recurrent bacterial diseases, their diagnosis and control approaches. Worldwide the new emerging bacterial diseases are Amyloid Arthropathy and Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale infections. In addition, avian mycoplasmosis, erysipelas, Necrotic Enteritis and chlamydiosis appear to be making a comeback. Finally, reports during recent years reveal Salmonella (specially S. enteritidis) and Campylobacter sp. are the most common causes of human food borne bacterial diseases linked to poultry products.
