摘要
This paper discusses a new information technology application to training processes. This application makes feasible a new model of training. As conceptual support to the proposed application, a group of tools of Artificial Intelligence was used, more specifically. interactive modules of a Decision Support Expert System. We have called it "dynamic training" process. In this model, the person being trained does not just possess a passive performance, but, conversely, he acts directly in decision processes that are presented to him. This model is called "intelligent" because (1) it has adaptive characteristics (which means decisions taken according to each situation and to the moment, in an evolutionary way) and (2) because Artificial Intelligence tools are used in the training process. The training is aimed at people that act in decision and managerial processes of industrial organizations. Essentially interactive, the methodology seeks to create a mechanism that makes the person being trained responsible for the presented decisions, changing him into the protagonist of the process. Besides describing the training model, this paper also describes the necessary computational support for its development.
