Social renewability assessment of water resources in the main cities of the Yellow River Basin, China

摘要
Social renewability of water resources is purely about the characteristics of water resources in its utilization. It includes two aspects, one is to reduce the water volume of fresh water by using water resources in reason and taking the water-saving measures, such as industrial water-saving measures, agriculture water-saving measures, recycle and reuse of Waste water; the other is to increase the usable water volume to a certain water standard by improving water quality. It is, true that the city is the main site of water resources social renewability. In this paper, the method, which used several indexes to show water resources social renewability in cities, are put forward. Water resources social renewability in the main cities of the Yellow River Basin, such as Lanzhou, Xining, Yinchuan, Huhehot, Xian, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou, and Jinan, is assessed. The difference of wafer resources social renewability in these cites is given out, and the routes to improve water resources social renewability in these cities are put forward.
