摘要
For further use of spinosin in treating insomnia, tissue distribution of spinosin after intravenous (iv) administration to rats was investigated in this paper. The tissue concentrations of spinosin were detected by using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method. At 20 min, a concentration peak occurred in liver and brain tissues, respectively. The highest level of spinosin appeared in liver, followed by spleen and kidney. The lowest level of spinosin appeared in testis, followed by brain. Spinosin was not detected in smooth and skeletal muscle. After iv administration, the drug was distributed extensively and transferred quickly in rat in vivo.
