High speed all pTFT current mode digital logic circuits with improved reliability

摘要
Extensive design efforts of the TFT-based current mode logic (CML) circuits are presented in this work. First, CML inverter's device parameter sensitivity has been studied and alternative circuit configuration is presented. Second, CML NAND and NOR gates are designed and factors of concern are discussed. Lastly, simple, small area full adder is designed by taking advantage of analog nature of the CML.
