Analysis on the Employment Situation of the Graduates of Police Colleges under the New Situation

Along with the reform of our country, especially the reform of enrollment system and the implementation of the national civil service system, there is a difficult problem of the police colleges graduates' employment. First of all, this paper analysis the employment status of police colleges graduates due to three aspects which include difficulty to participate in the police, irrational structure and narrow range of employment. Secondly, in order to cope with this new issue, this paper has to find out the reason why the police colleges graduates' employment is so hard. The cause includes expanding enrollment scale, the reform about people's police recruitment system, the lack of advance preparation and high employment requirements, deficiencies in police school. At last, based on above analysis, this paper makes some suggestions in the view of government, graduates and police colleges, respectively.
