摘要
This thesis analyses a problem, which is the market failure of energy efficiency renovation of existing building. Based on the theory of Supply and Demand Equilibrium in Economics, this thesis also provide the theoretical foundation for project-financing strategies which could promote the energy efficiency renovation of existing building in China. Through the analysis of the major problems of financing for energy efficiency renovation of existing buildings in China, viewpoints are proposed that effective taxation policies should be drafted by the government, and enterprises can finance for the energy efficiency renovation of existing buildings through EPC, equipment leasing or other methods, so that the supply and demand equilibrium in the market of the energy efficiency renovation of existing buildings can be achieved through reasonable financing strategies, thus promoting the orderly and healthy development of the energy efficiency renovation market of existing buildings.
