摘要
Networked testing is a trend of modern testing systems. Agent contributes to dealing with complex, interoperation-required testing tasks. Combining with agent technology, this paper proposes a theoretic model of networked testing systems based on agent, and analyses the agent's characteristics. Moreover, a layered architecture of the agent in these systems is discussed in detail. Using agent technology can realize easily interoperability of components in networked testing systems and improve abilities of handling test data and analyzing test results. For legacy systems, the model also provides an effective approach.
