摘要
Problems that there are excessive reference of education method from full-time Normal Institutes and Adults Education Institutes and gap between students' academic ability and social demands has been being seen in personal training system in early stage of traditional chemistry education. In order to solve these, aspects such as, standardizing principles of personal training, objection determine, sharing quality resources, reformations, expansion of faculty and training equipment should be taken into consideration when reformation and model of training practice are determined. Besides, methods like, supplying options on comprehensive experiments, platform of sharing, resources, programmable experiments, alternative way on dissertation and etc. could be positive for training creative-practice personal.
