摘要：

According to the trait of information security professional, some problem for practice teaching and ability cultivating is studied. In this paper, some view is discussed, its main idea as follows: The basic element of practice ability cultivating is "People, Plan and Things" three condition must be satisfied to above elements. The experiment equepment must be full used and practice teaching must be careful design in the practice process. The key of Proctice is to makes the gradute design producing optimum effect.
