摘要：

The intermediate, 1-(benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-yl)prop-2-en-1-one 4, of the total synthesis of norlignans, hyperione A and hyperione B which are demonstrated to have therapeutic effect to fever, hepatitis, and sepsis, was synthesized. The synthetic route of 4 started from commercially available piperonyl alcohol and proceeded through a key Grignard addition and selective oxidation of the allylic alcohol.
