摘要
Aim of the present paper is to investigate the effects of heat source/sink on unsteady MHD micropolar fluid flow over a permeable stretching/shrinking sheet in the presence of a transverse magnetic field. The governing nonlinear coupled partial differential equations are transformed into ordinary differential equations along with boundary conditions by suitable similarity transformations and then reduced to system of first order ordinary differential equations. Runge-Kutta fourth order method with shooting technique is used to solve the system of first order differential equations. The effect of various physical parameters namely micropolar, fluid, unsteadiness, Prandtl number, Eckert number, heat source/sink parameters on velocity, microrotation, temperature, skin friction, couple stress and Nusselt number are presented through graphs, table and discussed numerically.
