This paper introduces the undergraduate tutorial system in Bohai University, including the qualification of the undergraduate tutor, the bi-direction selection of tutor and student, the work responsibility of the tutor, the main tasks for different grade students, the authority and assessment of the tutor, and the supporting measures.
