摘要
JCOLD (Japan Commission on Large Dams) and CFBR (Comite Francais des Barrages et Reservoirs) carried out a technical exchange program to validate seismic analysis by using measured accelerograms during three years from 2014 to 2016. In this process, the need for establishing a practical guide for seismic analysis is recognized. This practical guide intends to describe analysis methods, modeling, boundary conditions, physical properties and preparing input earthquake motions to assess earthquake performance of dams.
