摘要
A company achieves its goals through operational activities. The daily operational activities of telecom companies are important since the operational activities can bring competitive advantages. The telecom network and user terminal equipment form a telecommunications system. Operation of telecom companies is based on telecom network. The global telecommunications industry is developing rapidly, whilst the domestic telecom operators face fierce competition. To gain the competitive advantage, telecom operators should innovate business operation models and operation activities. This paper introduces the various operation activities of telecom operators, as well as the research progress of the relevant international standardization organization on the operation framework of telecom companies.
