摘要：
The command center decision support system (DSS) introduced in this paper is an integrated geography information system (GIS) that not only takes advantage of the technology of database and spatial data mining, but also provides the function of intelligent decision-making. This paper introduces the main design idea and technique points of the urban first-aid command center, that was designed and developed by our graduate school. The software general frame of the system was also included. Furthermore, we analyzed the contribution that an urban first-aid command center system made to modern urban capability of resisting and defending accidents.
