摘要
Autonomous Decentralized Traffic Management System is a completely renovated system, which is quite different from the conventional CTC/PRC type system. The features of the system are full automatic route control of large-scale station, maintenance work management system, and advanced man-machine system for dispatchers to adjust disturbed diagram quickly. The system has also flexibility of system construction and expandibility. These features are achieved by using autonomous decentralized system technology. This system was developed for ATOS (Autonomous Decentralized Transport Operation Control System) in Tokyo metropolitan area, which is a high-density railway line section. Autonomous decentralized Traffic Management System was also applied to COSMOS(Computerized Safety Maintenance and Operation system of Shinkansen) in Shinkansen line sections of East Japan Railway Company. These systems have been smoothly operated since system operation start.
