摘要：
According to artificial neural network structure and its powerful ability of self-adapting and self-learning, an evaluation system of customer value with Backward Propagation (BP) is presented. Moreover, the model is established on the base of system planning and designing. The system (model) is adapted to build and realize evaluation of customer value by the algorithm of advanced BP. This model can improve the rate of learning and adaptive ability of BP neural network, and the conclusion shows that the method based on BP (used in CRM) is accurate, convenient, reliable and rapid.
