A Study on the Internal-Quality-Based Higher Education Quality Control System

With the popularization of higher education in our country, the development model of higher education has begun to change; the internal-quality-based development became an inevitable choice. In consideration of the interrelationship among quality, scale, structure and benefit of the education as required by the internal-quality-based development of higher education, the quality control system thus should adhere to the principles of "focusing on internal control and integrating internal and external controls", achieve organic unity of purpose, process and feedback, and build sound value guidance system, institution constructing system, investment assurance system and control and assessment system.
