摘要
Within the scope of the existing resources and certain profits in business enterprises, to provide the customization customers with the most satisfied product is a goal of MC production. The customer's satisfaction to the customization product is studied, and the customer's satisfaction mathematical models of positive related index, negative related index and point index are established. Based on the forementioned point of view and the customer's satisfaction mathematical models, the customization model is proposed and studied with matrix method and comparability theory method. The verified results from the case of a customer to customize a motorcycle reveal that the two methods are correct. Finally, the optimized customization project based on customer satisfaction is produced.
