摘要
Insight learning theory is an important theory of Gestalt psychology and can be understood as a learning which can suddenly realize the relationship inside the perceptive environment and understand it fully after re-organizing it. The school physical education as one of "five educations", exerts an important effect on the students' physical and mental education, especially on the development of students fitness and health. Physical education learning is no longer a simple imitation or repetition, but also a creative learning including sports knowledge, sports skills, sports spirit, etc. Physical education learning is a new learning expecting successful physical education which aims to develop the fitness and health of students. This paper aims to study the effective aspect of "Insight learning" to improve students fitness and health and to improve the teachers' understanding of the importance of "Insight learning" in the physical education learning in primary school. It includes the following four aspects: Timely encouragement helpss "Insight leaning" stimulate students' innovation and inspiration in physical education learning, individual guidance makes "Insight leaning" narrow the distance between teachers and students,sports games help "Insight leaning" form a relaxing and lively atmosphere in the physical education class, successful experience improves the physical teachers' understanding of "Insight leaning",which is beneficial for the development of the fitness and health of students.
