摘要：
The management of ethnic diversity constitutes a challenge of prime importance for nation-states in the context of capitalist globalization. In this paper we propose a discussion of the way in which the Spanish State has managed ethnic diversity during the last years, analyzing in a comparative way the relations it has established with both immigrant populations and autochthonous national minorities.
