摘要：
With the implementation of the "One Belt, One Road" strategy, China will strengthen foreign investment cooperation with other counties. But the conflictsand disputes will also arise among the cooperation. China is facing risks of conflicts of laws, investment environment and environmental problems under the "One Belt, One Road" strategy. China can prevent the risks of foreign investment by ways of coordination of legal conflicts, creating a system of risk identification and evaluation, establishing a multilateral investment safety guarantee mechanism, and strengthening legal cooperation in the environment.
