OPTIMAL ORDERING POLICY OF PERISHABLE PRODUCT RETAILER BASED ON SUPPLY CHAIN CONTRACTS

摘要：
Addressing the supply chain of perishable products, the optimal ordering policies of retailer with two kinds of supply chain contracts are discussed. The optimal ordering quantities of retailer and the expected profits of retailer and supplier are derived and analyzed theoretically under the buyback contract and revenue-sharing contract, respectively. Through numerical examples, the variations of optimal ordering quantities as well as the expected profits of retailer and supplier with different contract parameter settings are examined.
