Retailer's Ordering Policy Based on Coordination Contracts Under Supply Chain Financing Circumstance

In this paper, considering the capital-constrained retailers can get external financing from the bank when supplier provides credit guarantee, we develop the ordering models based on different coordination contracts. After the solution of the models, we obtain the retailer's optimal ordering decision. Then combining with numerical examples, we analyze the order quantity and profit of different contract models. The result shows that supply chain external financing can improve the order quantity and profit of capital constrained retailer in some degree.
