摘要
Because large profits can be realized from the adulteration of foodstuffs with low-cost carbohydrates used as replacement for the natural products, analytical methods are needed to detect the presence of undeclared sweeteners or syrups in otherwise pure foods. The method is based on identification of natural oligosaccharide patterns in pure foods and inexpensive sweeteners.
