摘要
The team leaders' leadership behaviors often influence team innovation performance. In this paper, we introduce variable "team cohesion" to the relationship between the team leadership behavior and team innovation performance to study of the relationship among the three. Through an empirical research we find: (1) the transactional leadership, transformational leadership, and paternalistic leadership all influence team cohesion significantly, and the influence degree from high to low is transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership; (2) both transactional leadership and transformational leadership have an significant influence on team innovation performance, yet paternalistic leadership is not; (3) team cohesion has a partial intermediary function in the relationship between transactional leadership behavior, transformational leadership behavior and team innovation performance.
