Consumers' online purchasing trust in multi-channel retailing

摘要
Nowadays, retailers in China have focused on multi-channel retailing, although it develops slowly. It is of great importance for retailers to do research on the following issue: whether retailers' exploring Internet channels can increase consumers' trust in online purchasing or not. This paper reveals that Multi-channel retail is capable of enhancing consumers' online trust for its,high brand credit, guarantee from entity store and convenient return and exchange service. Therefore most consumer, prefer to visit online stores possessed by entity stores, namely, multi-channel retailers.
