Realization Analysis of Carbon Emission Reduction Target in Jiangsu based on Scenarios Simulation

摘要
The hypothesis is that the Central would decompose the target for emission reduction to the various provinces that carbon emission per unit GDP will be reduced by 40%-45% for 2005 up to 2020. Under the hypothesis, with the case study of Jiangsu Province, the forecasting tendency model is built on carbon emission and economic growth, and carbon emission of Jiangsu and the possibility of its carbon emission reduction target's realization is analyzed by scenarios analysis.
