摘要：
The prevalence of multidrug resistant Myobacterium tuberculosis is rising worldwide and carries a high fatality rate. Ws report here two cases of multidrug resistant Myobacterium tuberculosis infections, which were successfully treated in our hospital. The problems of antimicrobial therapy of this infection are briefly highlighted and the attention of physicians is drawn to the ominous implications for community health.
