摘要
This report presents the design and evaluation of current distribution in a power module based on near magnetic field scanning. This study focuses on the noise current distribution in a power module for its switching operation. This current distribution can be used for optimizing the wiring pattern design of a power module. This measurement methodology can visualize the practical current distribution on a wiring pattern and it applicable to realize compact and low-electromagnetic interference (EMI) power module design.
