摘要
This study was designed to assess which social values correlate significantly with endorsement of right-wing authoritarianism (RWA) and social dominance orientation (SDO); two contemporary individual difference measures that predict prejudice. Respondents were undergraduate psychology volunteers. Results showed that RWA correlates with security values, in particular, national strength and order, religiosity, and propriety in dress and manners. Other similar values were also found to be significantly related to RWA. SDO individuals were found to be low on security and harmony values. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
