摘要
This study examined the extent to which Social Dominance Orientation and Right-Wing Authoritarianism were correlated with various leadership styles. The findings demonstrated that Social Dominance Orientation correlated negatively with Consideration, Demand Reconciliation, and Tolerance of Uncertainty and positively with Production Emphasis leadership styles. Right-Wing Authoritarianism was significantly negatively correlated with both Persuasiveness and Representation leadership styles. in addition to providing further support for the distinctiveness of these two constructs, these results provide some preliminary evidence for the potential role that both Social Dominance Orientation and Right-Wing Authoritarianism may play in leader-subordinate relations.
