Study on coupling relationship between regional transportation and land use

摘要
Regional transportation and land use is important in developing social-economic system. Land use can influence the mode and network pattern of transportation. Besides, land use planning can decide the construction of transportation system. Transportation can influence land use, too. It can attract more economy activity, so the land-value will change along with the land use intensity. More and more land alters its mode which determines the special layout of land use and its evolvement. This paper analyzes the character of regional transportation and land use, and study the interactional mechanism of them. The concept of coupling relationship coefficient for regional transportation and land use (TL and TLc) is brought forward. Based on the data of Huangshi, TL and TLc is validated. The result indicates that there is consanguineous relationship between them. Because it gets behind the social demand, the transportation in Huangshi has gained very rapid development, so the coupling relationship coefficient also has gained durative increase.
