A tentative research into correlations among stakeholders in river basin ecological restoration compensation

摘要
In a basin-wide ecological restoration compensation (ERC) plan, conflicts of interest among the affected regions may exist. Basin-wide ecological restoration compensation conflicts (ERCC) modelling has been constructed via conflict analyses to achieve the equilibrium solution, which concludes that in order to establish a basin-wide ERC consultative mechanism, the ecological restorers should form an alliance with the ecological beneficiaries and the river-basin authority shall assume the communicative and mediatory role. A further quantitative analysis of the relationships among the relevant stakeholders via the evolutionary game theory (EGT) establishes an EGT modelling for the basin-wide ERC implementation within the framework of the basin-wide ERC consultative mechanism, which consequentially leads to a stable ERC control strategy.
