摘要：

Heihe River is the second-largest inland river basins in Northwest China. In order to curb environmental degradation and gradually restore the ecosystem in the Heihe River basin and according to the objective requirements of the basin population, resources, ecological environment and the economic and social development, for different ecological characteristics of the middle and lower reaches, study puts forward the main measures of ecological restoration. on the basis of analysis of the eco-environment present situation and existing problem Upstream ecological repair measures mainly includ: water conservation engineering and ecological immigrants engineering, etc; ecological restoration in the middle reaches of the measures includ: farmland protection forest system update, returning farmland to forest and grassland, wetland protection, natural vegetation in oases edge enclosure protection and saline-alkali soil transformation, etc; downstream ecological repair measures main includ: ecological water conveyance project, and ecological restoration project, ecological resettlement project and ecological restoration of the East Juyanhai, etc.
