Isolation and characterization of 20 polymorphic microsatellite loci in the dark sleeper (Odontobutis yaluensis)

摘要
Twenty polymorphic microsatellite loci were isolated and characterized for Odontobutis yaluensis. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 7, and the observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.0625 to 0.7188 and from 0.0615 to 0.7426, respectively. These markers would be very useful for further studies on population structure and genetic mating system of this species.
