摘要：

It is a very difficult problem to select the optimal investment item scheme for real estate enterprises with limited capital resources. However, it is so important as to decide whether the investment item can succeed or not. In this paper. a new model supporting decision-making for real estate enterprises and its algorithm are developed on the basis of general entropy model on group decision system including the evaluation experts' weights. An example is also presented to illustrate the validity of the proposed model and algorithm.
