Post-disaster reconstruction of community sports is a very important and beneficial project in earthquake area. Whether reconstruction of community sports is a successful mechanism or not, has important implications for the design of government policy. Therefore, it is necessary to apply an evaluation system to evaluate the reconstruction work of community sports. Through traditional methods of documentary analysis, investigation and statistics, we uses three 1st grade indexes, namely, support index of the resources allocated to community sports in earthquake area, effect index of community sports and trend index of community sports development, and 8 subset index systems to establish the evaluation index system for community sports reconstruction. Meanwhile, due to the complicated characteristics of index data (including categorical variables, discrete variables and continuous variables), we choose logistics regression model that has high accuracy and good transparency in the analysis of comprehensive evaluation of community sports reconstruction. The establishment of comprehensive evaluation system could provide local government with valuable reference and reliable foundation in improving the reconstruction work of community sports, adjusting policy and optimizing resource allocation in earthquake area.
