摘要
This article proposes to approach the study of the Mexican Revolution Novel from three sides: to review the critical positions around this kind of productions; to introduce into the discussion the concepts of "cultural revolution" (MONSIVAIS, 1983) and "intellectual nations" (SANCHEZ PRADO, 2009); and to study two definitions of novels produced at different moments of the nomos of the Mexican literary field. Together, these three approaches could help us to better understand the narrative cycle that extends from 1910 to 1969. One of the possible lines of research is the case of Casa Editorial Lozano, an entity that published at least seven novels with revolutionary themes between 1920-1928.
