摘要
A recent paper by Gallagher et al. (2020) demonstrates that c-di-GMP controls spore formation in Streptomyces venezuelae through sequestering the sporulation sigma factor sigma(WhiG) and presents the crystal structure of a ternary complex between c-di-GMP, sigma(WhiG), and its anti-sigma factor, RsiG.
