摘要：

The paper preliminarily study the theory and methods of the fault diagnosis expert system based on neural network, including the basis methods of expert system, gradient learning algorism of BP neural network, knowledge library's construction and reasoning and explanation mechanism, and abstractly introduces concrete realization process.
