摘要
Mergers & Acquisitions is a new tide of world economy. But a lot of corporations suffered post-merger defeat due to unsuccessful culture integration. Culture integration is the integration of different corporate culture. There are three types of culture integration models: assimilation, penetration, and separation. Corporation could choose one model based on M&A strategy, entrepreneur style, and previous culture characteristics of each M&A party. Implementing culture integration includes the following aspects: mobilizing and evaluating culture before M&A, developing culture integration plan, adjusting managerial level, adjusting organizational structure, communicating with employees, guiding employees with rewarding and punishment policies, and handling redundant personnel appropriately.
